A message dated June 24, 1993, was received stating the Governor has           
signed the following bill and is transmitting the engrossed and enrolled       
copies to the Lieutenant Governor's office for permanent filing:               
                                                                               
SPONSOR SUBSTITUTE FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 126                                     
"An Act establishing the current prevailing rate of wages issued at           
least 10 days before the final submission of bids as the prevailing            
wage rate for public construction projects and requiring periodic              
adjustment of the wage rate."
